1. Getting Started

Account Provisioning

Navigate to the application gateway login interface and select Create account. Register using your verified corporate or organizational email address. If your tenant enforces a federated directory gateway, you will route instantly through your native Single Sign-On (SSO) endpoint. For standard SMTP deployments, a cryptographic verification link will deliver immediately to validate session activation.

Composing and Instantiating a Message Record

To initiate a transaction path, click the Compose module located within the primary control sidebar. Populate your message manifest body and assign an explicit Intent Tag to establish a precise operational vector. Before finalizing, you must specify whether to commit the message to active workflow verification layers or lock it directly.

Understanding Immutable Message States

Transactions process sequentially through three system states, tracked visually via core interface badges:

  • Draft (Amber Badge): The record payload is open, private to your account workspace, and freely editable. No cryptographic hashes have been written.
  • Review (Blue Badge): The document is locked from active edits and routed to designated external or internal partners for pending audit sign-offs.
  • Sealed (Green Badge): Asymmetric signatures have been validated, and the record block has successfully written to your organization's WORM storage bucket. It is now completely unalterable, undeletable, and permanent.

2. Workspace Features & Administration

Partitioning Ledger Workspace Folders

To isolate legal matters, commercial projects, or distinct operational units, access Settings → Custom Folders. Once a folder partition is declared, individual message trees can be organized by dragging them from the primary inbox view directly onto the designated folder block in the workspace sidebar routing tree.

Enforcing Custom Intent Tags

Default classification vectors include Action Required, Sign-Off Request, and Informational. To establish industry-specific context boundaries (e.g., Change Order Verification, Legal Discovery Transmittal), navigate to Settings → Intent Tags to declare custom operational variables across your enterprise directory.

Interface Appearance Preferences

The system layout natively mirrors your operating system environment values. To override parameters manually, navigate to Settings → Appearance to explicitly toggle between Light and Dark interface configurations. Setting preferences register locally to preserve viewport performance profiles.

Automated Legal Disclaimers & Signatures

Corporate compliance protocols often mandate standardized record footers. Navigate to Settings → Profile Configuration to populate the global Signature and Disclaimer entries. These static compliance strings append automatically to the baseline code payload block of every outgoing transmission.
